Andy brings 7 years of specialized recruiting experience, along with a solid sales and accounting background to ALL Dimensions Search Group. His dynamic personality, strong sense of urgency and tenacity in recruiting the "top talent" in the marketplace are the characteristics which have made Andy successful. He has been providing recruiting services for large, medium and small businesses throughout the Kansas City metro area. Andy has worked with a diverse clientele including a wide array of industries in the placement of Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology professionals.

Prior to Andy's recruiting career, he worked in the corrugated box industry for 15 years. Andy started as an Internal Auditor with Stone Container Corporation in Kansas City, Missouri and was later promoted into a Controllership role. After serving as Controller for several different Stone Container Corporation facilities, he moved into a sales position and ultimately became their Sales Manager.

Andy was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana with an Accounting Degree.

With over 15 years of recruiting experience in the Kansas City area, Leigh Ann brings expertise in full cycle recruiting, a strong knowledge of the industry, great people skills and solid business contacts to ALL Dimensions Search Group. She has been providing specialized recruiting services for very small to extra large businesses throughout the Kansas City and surrounding areas. Leigh Ann has worked with a variety of industries in the placement of Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, Administrative and Human Resources professionals.

Prior to Leigh Ann's recruiting career, she worked in both public and private accounting. Leigh Ann worked as an Auditor and Human Resources Manager with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Kansas City, Missouri for 6 years. She then joined Norwest Card Services (now Wells Fargo Card Services) in West Des Moines, Iowa where she worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for 2 1/2 years.

Leigh Ann was born and raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She earned her Accounting Degree from Saint Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana.

Lorraine, our newest addition to the team, came to us from the great state of Texas as our Office Administrator and Recruiter. Lorraine’s strong administrative skills, combined with her positive attitude, enthusiasm and high level of professionalism, has already proven her quite successful in the Recruiting industry.

Prior to joining ALL Dimensions Search Group, Lorraine worked for American Honda Finance Corporation as a Legal Support Specialist at the National Service Center in Dallas, Texas. She has also been very successful in Sales and Marketing as proven by her employment with AFLAC Insurance and U.S. Security Associates. While in college, Lorraine spent most of her time feeding her creative personality as Event Planner and Broadcast Writer, Reporter and Producer.

Lorraine graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.
